Happy New Year!

The new year can bring a lot of stress from society to “do better,” "to try again,” or for a “new you.” Most new years resolutions fail because the motivation to change is not created from within, rather from the pressure of society to have a grandiose plan for change.

Instead of focusing on what to change today, focus on what you were grateful of in 2022.

What moments of 2022 are you grateful for?
