    Initial Session

    $160

    All new clients start with an initial session which lasts between 45-60 minutes. You will receive a personalized meal plan (full or phased based on your pace and follow-through), along with recipes and guidance across key areas of health tailored to your goals.

    We will also spend time on nutrition counseling, addressing your habits, routines, and mindset to build a plan that is both effective and sustainable. This session helps establish a strong starting point for your relationship with food, which we will continue to build on and refine throughout our follow-up sessions.

    Follow Up

    $80

    During this session, we will review your progress from the previous session and adjust your lifestyle, nutrition, and meal plan as needed. Based on your goals and consistency, we will either progress, modify, or maintain your current plan.

    We will also continue building your nutrition knowledge and may introduce new recipes, exercises, and routines to support your goals.

    Sessions typically last 15–45 minutes, depending on your needs.

  • Mother’s nutrition is vital for baby’s growth in development even before conception. Learn how to nourish your body for your future baby’s health, and how to role model healthy eating for your child.

  • Exploring and coming into your identity in this wild age of social media is.. difficult. Adolescents have completely different nutritional, physical and emotional needs than adults. Nutrition education here is with an emphasis on exploring nutrition independence and ways to develop a healthy relationship with food and body.

  • Medical Nutrition Therapy is nutrition education and care provided by a RD. Interventions are disease specific. I am an expert in: Diabetes, Cardiovascular Disease, Chronic Kidney Disease, Cancer, Malnutrition, and gut health related diseases.

  • Protect your muscle mass while losing fat. GLP-1s can help but without the right support, they can also lead to muscle loss, nausea, and digestive issues, hair loss and more.
